Come once. See how it feels. This session offers a space to slow down, think out loud and experience the work before deciding whether you’d like continued support. Only Love offers a tiered fee structure to support accessibility and sustainability, Clients who are able to pay the full rate help make this work accessible to others who are navigating financial constraints or serving their communities in meaningful ways. If you’re unsure where you fit, please choose the rate that feels honest and sustainable.
Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing Only Love Coaching. These guidelines help create a respectful, supportive experience for everyone. Scheduling & Payment: Sessions are booked online and payment is required at the time of scheduling unless otherwise arranged. Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Rescheduling & Cancellations: Life happens — flexibility is offered when possible. * Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. * Changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed sessions, may be charged in full. * One-time grace may be extended for unexpected emergencies. Session Format: Sessions are held via Zoom unless otherwise arranged. Please plan to join from a private, quiet space where you feel comfortable speaking openly. Between-Session Communication: Email may be used for scheduling or brief logistical questions. Ongoing coaching or emotional processing is held within scheduled sessions. Messages are typically answered within 1–2 business days. Scope of Services: Only Love Coaching provides mindfulness-based coaching for personal growth and mental fitness. Coaching is not therapy, medical care, or crisis support. If you are experiencing significant emotional distress or need clinical support, a licensed mental health professional is the appropriate resource. Call 988 (U.S.) for immediate support. Privacy: Your information is treated with care and respect. Sessions are confidential within the limits of applicable law.
