Mindful Menopause

Medicine treats the symptoms.
This is a soft place to land - for everything else.

Mindful Menopause.
Did you just laugh a little?

I get it.

At times, there is nothing that feels mindful about menopause.

Brain fog. Disrupted sleep., Emotional waves. The weight of it all. There are days when mindfulness feels like the last thing within reach.

What I’ve noticed as a mindfulness coach and a woman navigating menopause, living it alongside women I love, is that we all seem to need the same thing - a safe place to unpack it all, to see and be seen while experiencing one of the most profound chapters in a woman's life.

For me, mindfulness has never been about perfect meditation or a quiet mind. It’s about reconnecting with yourself - tuning into what you need, what matters most and living with intention in a way that feels true to you.

That’s the space I’m offering.

A different kind of support.

Menopause is a reckoning on a spiritual level.

Medicine and therapy are vital for managing the physical changes and mental disruptions of menopause. This isn't meant to replace them. But while clinical care stabilizes the body and eases symptoms, it is not designed to address the deeper undercurrents around identity, purpose and remembering who you are. That is why even with the best support for your body, something can still feel "off."

There's a bridge from the limit of relief to the power of presence. This is the space between.

Here, we tend to the spirit. We are not looking for what is wrong, we are looking at what is happening for you.

I'm finding too many women sitting with dis-ease and suffering in silence alone. We don't have to do that anymore.

If a calm, neutral space to slow down, tune into your needs and reconnect with yourself feels right in this moment, you are in the right place.

What I know to be true about menopause...

  • I know how hard it is to carry the messiness of body betrayal, confusion and unanswered questions all alone in this season. Being truly seen and heard opens the door to a completely different experience.

  • I know that we spend so much of our lives being who everyone else needs us to be.  Reconnecting to who we are at this stage in life can feel really disorienting. Being met with kindness on the journey to belonging to ourselves again can make that homecoming gentler.

  • I know that there is discomfort in so many pieces of ourselves suddenly feeling unfamiliar. The truth is, as women, we spend our entire lives building the wisdom to navigate this very season. Paying attention is how we tap into it.

  • I know that it feels like everything is changing. Some things are meant to change. Others we are asked to surrender to. And some things are ours to choose. Learning to know the difference helps us look at what still feels true and decide what we want to carry forward.

  • I know that life doesn’t always make room for mindfulness. Sometimes we have to carve it out. If there has ever been a time to unapologetically prioritize our own well-being, it is now.

What working together feels like...

Our conversations are private and confidential. You can say the things here that may feel too heavy, too complicated, too tender to share with the people you love.

There is no expectation to have everything figured out. Your time with me is opportunity to slow down, care for yourself, and leave each conversation with a few thoughtful ideas to explore in whatever way feels right for you.

Where you are in the moment is where we always begin. Where we go is toward what matters most to you.

Sometimes what we need isn't another tactic or strategy. It's space to simply hear ourselves think. (Gongs, meditation, yoga and incense optional. Promise.)
